17,000 fans at an Oklahoma City Thunder match January 16 witnessed something you don’t normally see in the center of a basketball court: a near drowning.
Kristen Johnson, a professional escape artists was doing her escape from a fish bowl while locked up like a prisoner routine, when things didn’t go as planned, and she passed out. To make matters more interesting, the support crew struggled to get the lid off the tank, so countless seconds passed with Johnson DOA in the water waiting to be saved.
The good news: it was only a near drowning, otherwise you would have been reading about this on thousands of websites and media outlets, but still, it was mighty close. Being the internet of course, the whole act and drama was recorded and uploaded for sharing; enjoy.
