The strange and sudden withdrawal of Caroline Kennedy from the NY Senate race has been linked to an affair.
Kennedy, who’s marriage has been said to be on shaking ground for some time, has been linked to New York Times publisher Arthur Sulzberger, a known “friend” on Kennedy.
Kennedy’s only statement on her sudden withdrawal was to cite unspecified “personal issues.”
Sulzberger divorced last year, and has been spotted several times in public with Kennedy. The rumors that the two may be more than just friends first surfaced in May 2008.
