Of all the One Direction guys, Liam Payne might be the one you’d expect to be hiding a secret talent. Liam may not be as famous as Harry Styles, Niall Horan or Zayn Malik , but he’s got a few tricks up his sleeve. And Payne’s One Direction band mate Louis Tomlinson was the first one to spill the beans about it.
According to Unreality TV , Louis Tomlinson revealed to Top of the Pops magazine that Liam Payne has some very refined survivalist skills. If the guys of One Direction were stranded in the wilderness somewhere, Liam would be the one to get them out of it. At least, that’s what Louis seemed to be implying.
When Louis was asked if any of the guys from One Direction had a hidden talent besides singing and performing, Tomlinson replied, “Liam’s very good at putting up tents. He’s a very in-tents guy! Ha-ha! He even has a Scout badge.”
So there you have it. While the tent pun was obviously a joke, it does seem likely that Liam Payne has a real Boy Scout badge, which would mean Liam acquired a host of other skills in the Scouts. Liam and Louis are certainly the most low-profile members of One Direction, and this week has been no exception. Following the close of the Where We Are Tour, both Liam and Louis have been taking it easy. Liam Payne was even spotted shopping in Surrey with his girlfriend, Sophia Smith, on Tuesday.
But Liam’s girlfriend is not the only one getting attention from Mr. Payne. Unreality TV also reported on an unusual instance of internal One Direction romance when Liam Payne was seen holding the hand of Harry Styles beside a pool. A Twitter page called @The1DHotSeat devoted to One Direction updates posted videos of Liam and Harry relaxing by the water, hand-in-hand. Check out the love in the video below.
