An Oregon man has ended up in jail after a disagreement over smoking had a fiery conclusion.
William Wahl lit up at his local club Sunday, but was quickly told to put out his cigarette due to Oregon laws that prohibit smoking inside licensed premises. Determined not to go outside, Wahl snuck of to the bathroom where he lit up again, and that’s where things went downhill.
A bouncer tried to stop him Wahl from smoking, and Wahl in return set the “No Smoking” sign in the bathroom on fire in response.
The charges: reckless burning and disorderly conduct.
