Austin Mahone is definitely passionate about a lot of things, including his increasingly successful music career. However, there’s one thing that seems to get the singer’s pulse racing more than anything going: his shoe collection.
Like a lot of young guys, Mahone spends quite a bit of his extra cash on expensive and stylish footwear. Since Austin is enjoying a career high at the moment, he has a bit more money to play with than most shoe aficionados. This may explain why the singer frequently changes what shoes he’s rocking during his concerts. The next time you catch Mahone live, be sure to pay careful attention to his feet.
During his chat with MTV News , Austin Mahone was more than a little eager to share some finer details about his wardrobe. Not only did he hand over some info about his clothes, he also dished about his penchant for changing shoes during his concerts.
Not surprisingly, Austin has the whole process mapped out.
“I start off the show in these Jordan 11s. And then, I switch to these gray Jordan 3s. And then, I go from that to these red Nike Air Pythons. This is probably my favorite pair.”
Okay, so we just learned that Austin Mahone has a lot of shoes. Is there anything that the singer loves more than his snazzy footwear? A certain young lady, perhaps? Although Mahone and Fifth Harmony singer Camila Cabello have previously claimed they’re not an item, it’s a little hard to believe this declaration when they keep posting photos together on Instagram. Then again, maybe we’re reading too far between the lines.
Fanlala noticed that a pic featuring both Austin and Camila recently popped up on the social media site. While this is possibly nothing more than a friends standing close to one another while enjoying a bit of sunshine, some people believe they’re secretly getting romantic. The Inquisitr previously reported that the singers aren’t spending any romantic time together these days. In fact, the photos were just a clever ruse to generate some gossip — and publicity — among their legion of fans. Word to wise, Austin: Messing with the minds of your young female supporters isn’t a good idea. Fair warning, my friend.
“We’re just friends. Yeah, it’s pretty funny though. I remember we were hanging out and we took a picture. We were like, ‘Let’s just post this and watch everyone freak out.’ It was pretty funny watching all the comments roll in.”
If Austin Mahone isn’t dating Cabello, then at least he has his shoe collection to keep him company. At the end of the day, that’s all some guys really need.
