Brad Pitt gave another one of his positive interviews to Hello! in which he explained that he’s planning on settling down in France for the next three years . Oh yeah, and the whole clan is still really happy, especially without all the “American cartoon television.”
Brad explained that the Jolie-Pitt Christmas is not full of “pressure to make [the children] big or expensive gifts,” but then again, the kids surely aren’t going without! He claimed that “The kids don’t ask for big gifts for the reason that they don’t see a lot of the American cartoon television, which is packed with all those manipulative commercials for big toys that look so fantastic.”
He also took the time to extoll the virtues of having a multicultural family, saying “I look down at the family and I see our boy from Vietnam, and our daughter from Ethiopia, and our girl’s from Namibia,and our son who’s from Cambodia, and . . . they are all brothers and sisters, man. They are all the same blood.”
Continuing, Brad commented that “It is such elation to see them all living together, and getting along together, and to know that we were able to give them a home — in some cases, to give them a life. It’s a wonderful thing that we are able to do this because of the jobs we have — and it’s a selfish thing, too, because the rewards are extraordinary.”
Okay– we get it ! Does anyone else feel like Brad and Angelina are beating a dead horse when they do these interviews? It’s cool to get personal details, but hearing where the kids are from– again — feels suspiciously like “interview filler.”
At least Brad admits that he’s been “dragging” his famly from place to place, and that they are ready to “give them a break.” Finally!
