The obsession with everything Kate Middleton continues as the promised new official photos of her and the family are published by Clarence House .
Keeping with their own style, Kate and her husband Prince William are sharing the pics, which were taken by her dad, Michael, of their beautiful family on social media.
The Inquisitr reported on Monday night , the photos had been made available earlier than Tuesday, at midnight, as was expected.
As for Kate Middleton, she is, as always, looking effortlessly gorgeous almost a month after the birth of her first born and heir to the throne, Prince George.
The photos don’t really show a lot more of the baby, except we can see that he doesn’t look as a newborn anymore, he is plump and gorgeous and sleeping, which was probably done on purpose.
Prince William has shared a few personal details about his son’s personality and has said he “squirms quite a lot” and wriggles.
But back to Kate Middleton. Even though she got her wish that the first family photos be casual and not formal, as is the tradition with past royal portraits, Us Weekly reports she did get some help with her hair.
Amanda Cook Tucker is a freelance hairstylist with whom she’s frequently worked,and traveled to Bucklebury to get her hair ready for the photos.
Kate chose a maternity dress from Seraphine, which retails at a modest $79 and is a rich fuschia, which suits her quite well. Prince William is wearing jeans and a long sleeve casual shirt. Baby George is wrapped in the same swaddle he was wearing when he left the hospital.
“William and Catherine wanted to release photos that are more natural and personable, something more intimate,” a Palace aide told Us Weekly on Monday.
William told CNN in an interview that Catherine is doing a “fantastic job as a mother” and recognizes the past few weeks have been an emotional experience.
