Remember Lindsay Lohan’s admission that she had been dating Samantha Ronson “a very long time” ? She didn’t mean it, according to her rep Leslie Sloane-Zelnik. Nope, she didn’t: apparently she was confirming that they’ve been friends for years.
Even if I did believe her rep (which I don’t), does anyone answer incorrect questions with an answer? I thought that you’d, erm, tell the person that they were wrong. Loveline’s host Ted Stryker very clearly said “dating” and even elaborated by asking how long. There’s no way that they could be friends for “two months.”
Linds is probably waiting for a fun paycheck for her tell-all story at a later date, but her rep sounds fishy right now.
