Nintendo unveils Super Mario 3DS, confirms Zelda remake for June

Today at the Game Developers Conference, Nintendo showed off an all-new Super Mario game for the Nintendo 3DS. It’s not a shock – indeed, series creator Shigeru Miyamoto already confirmed this – but hey, new Mario. This is a big deal.

Oh, and it has a tail in the logo. Nintendo is keeping mum about what that means, but we can all make a pretty safe guess, right? It’s the return of the raccoon!

In other HELL YEAH Nintendo news, the company confirmed The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D remake would hit stores in June. As you can see from the fresh screens here, Nintendo 64 fuzz has been replaced by 3DS clarity. It’s looking terrific.
