Jennifer Aniston Reveals: ‘I Didn’t Take Good Care Of Myself’
Jennifer Aniston, everyone’s favorite Friends star, revealed in an interview recently that she used to eat very unhealthily and treated her body “like s**t.”
The revelation came in an interview Jennifer gave to a French TV show called 50 Mn Inside, which airs on France’s TF1 channel. During the interview she confessed to the fact that she used to treat her body very badly, especially as far as her diet was concerned:
I used to eat like s**t, I didn’t sleep. You overestimate yourself so much when you’re young because we think we’re invincible. I honestly didn’t even drink water, only sodas, I just didn’t take that good care of myself
Jennifer Aniston is known to most of her fans as a clean livin’ kinda gal. The last thing people were expecting to hear was that she used to detox for days after binging on a hamburger.
Jennifer who is now 44 spoke back in 2010 about the things she ate to keep herself looking so good. Thatsfit.com reported at the time that Aniston ate 14 portions of pureed baby food in her quest to look good in her films.
There has been no shortage of controversy surrounding Aniston and her fiance Justin Theroux. As well as the wedding rumors which have obsessed some celebrity publications there were recently allegations made that Jennifer was pregnant.
Those allegations surrounded a few misunderstood comments she made as well as the fact she wore a dress which seemed to be hiding a bump. Those rumors have since been dispelled by most media sources.
During the French TV interview, when asked whether she receives a lot of calls from friends speculating about her marriage and pregnancy she responded sarcastically: ”Yeah, that’s happened. Even my family. They say, ‘Did you go off and get married?’ or ‘Have you really had your 900th child?’ or ‘Are you planning a wedding party and you haven’t invited me?’ ”
