Monday night saw the first episode of this year’s The Voice which featured a peek in a short clip of Briana Cuoco, sister of The Big Bang Theory‘s Kaley Cuoco.
Briana was given the shocking but good news when she was with her older sister as Carson Daly told her she will be able to attend the blind auditions. She will perform along with the other contestants in front of the four coaches: Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton, CeeLo Green, and Adam Levine.
Access Hollywood spoke to Kaley’s Big Bang Theory co-star, Mayim Bialik, who said about Brianna: “She has a beautiful voice. She is phenomenal. She’s very, very talented.”
Bialik isn’t the only one who is impressed by Kaley’s younger sister. Jim Parsons also spoke to Access about Briana Cuoco: “She is a great lot of things. We give Kaley a lot of hell like ‘Oh so finally the world is going to see the really talented Cuoco!’ Which is not true we just want to give her s**t!” he said.
Briana isn’t totally new to performing in front of crowds. She is also a dancer and choreographer and also played minor parts in The Newsroom and The Mentalist.
Last week the speculation and anticipation built among Voice fans as rumors began to buzz about Briana’s audition. She clarified matters in a Tweet she sent from her account, telling fans: “Ok just to be CLEAR as GLASS-I never said I’m gonna be ON it. I said I AUDITIONED for it – you have to TUNE IN to see how I did.”
You can see for yourself how Briana Cuoco fares in The Voice which airs at 8pm on Mondays and Tuesdays on NBC.
