Elizabeth Berkley And Mario Lopez Have ‘Saved By The Bell’ Reunion [Photo]
Elizabeth Berkley and Mario Lopez had a mini Saved By The Bell reunion this week on Extra.
Berkley, who played Jessie Spano on the hit 90s show, joined A.C. Slater at Universal Studios Hollywood to show off some of her tango movies.
Lopez wrote on Twitter:
“Tango time with my girl Elizabeth Berkley on Extra TV! So proud of you.”
Berkleyalso posted a photo on Twitter, but the actress’ pic didn’t come from this week. Nope, Jesse Spano shared a classic Saved By The Bell photo on her WhoSay account for Throw Back Thursday.
Berkley said:
“Dedicating today’s #throwbackthursday to @mariolopezextra!! Thank you for all of your #DWTS support this week!”
Mario Lopez is a Dancing With The Stars veteran, but it’s unclear if he gave Elizabeth Berkley any tips for this season. But, hey, at least we know that Jesse Spano can do the tango.

This isn’t the first Saved By The Bell reunion this year. Tiffiani Thiessen was reunited with Dennis Haskins on the Today show a few months ago. That reuion was, well, awkward.
Berkley is currently competing on Dancing With The Stars with her partner Val Chmerkovskiy. Elizabeth and Val are getting along OK but the dance instructor did diss Spano earlier this week. Chmerkovskiy said that he preferred the “other one (Kelly Kapowski) on Saved By The Bell.
