Julianne Hough Loves ‘Short Shorts’ And ‘Armani Foundation’

Julianne Hough, the much loved professional ballroom dancer and actress, was spotted out and about in New York City on Friday. She was wearing a pair of those ever so fashionable, albeit revealing, short shorts which are also a big favorite with Miley Cyrus.

Hough is in town for fashion week, so clearly wanted to look her best, as she sported a chic scarf, sandals and a Hobo bag. The 25-year-old also came to the Big Apple for the Estee Lauder Modern Muse Fragrance Launch Party, which took place on Thursday.

Julianne Hough spoke to ET Online recently about her new style:

“My style has completely evolved from when I was first on ‘Dancing with the Stars.’ I can actually see the real color of my skin now. I think it was a lot more glitz and glamour and costume, and I think now I’m trying to be a little bit more natural and understated — but still fun — but definitely a bit more everyday. I don’t think I could walk down the street with some ballroom shoes on, and a little glitzy outfit, and feel comfortable. I think this is way more me now.”

She spoke to Star magazine about her best beauty buys this summer: “The peachy pink is such a beautiful color – and so in right now.” She went on to explain that she favors using the Proactive skincare range whenever she gets breakouts of spots. She also likes to cover imperfections, she told the publication, with Giorgio Armani foundation.

She said about the two products: “[Proactiv] cleared my skin up,” adding “[Armani foundation] makes my skin look flawless and fresh.” She continued to share with the public more of her beauty tips: “I use [powder] in the corner of my eyes and on my cheekbones and brown bones.”
