If Robin Thicke and Paula Patton’s relationship was rocked by the recent cheating allegations, then the couple wasn’t letting on at a recent album release party.
The “Blurred Lines” singer became the subject of countless headlines following his appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards late last month. Not only did his performance with Miley Cyrus turn heads, a photo with socialite Lana Scolaro at a VMAs after party also got tongues wagging.
Although rumors and reports suggested that Robin Thicke and Paula Patton’s marriage was suffering as a result, the pair didn’t seem to have any problems getting close at the Blurred Lines release party in New York City on September 4. Photos from the event are embedded below.
Hot on the heels of the MTV VMAs controversy, the singer and his wife sat down with the folks at Prestige Hong Kong magazine for a quick chat. Thicke credited his wife for keeping him calm, cool, and collected over the years.
“I don’t know if I would still be alive in some ways if it wasn’t for Paula. She’s been my rock, my muse, my inspiration and I love her,” Robin Thicke told the publication.
Paula Patton also had incredibly positive things to say about her spouse.
“Robin got me ready for every single acting audition I’ve ever done. We read lines together when I’m working on movies. He’s my coach. I listen to every song he writes and help however I can, and I’ve written songs with him,” she explained.
