Sean Kingston Sued For Alleged Gang Rape

Sean Kingston is being sued by a fan who claims she was gang raped by the singer and two other men in 2010.

Carissa Capeloto claimed she was forced to have sex with Kingston, his bodyguard, and a member of Kingston’s band in a Seattle hotel room in July 2010. According to TMZ, the 22-year-old smoked weed and took seven to 10 shots of vodka before she was invited to Kingston’s room for a meet-and-greet after a Justin Bieber concert, where he had also performed.

When she got to the room, Kingston was naked on the bed. Capoleto said the bodyguard picked her up and put her on top of Kingston. The three men then gang raped her while she was “obviously intoxicated, incapable of consent.”

Capoleto said she was rescued by a friend who came into the hotel room. Police were called and she was taken to the hospital where she was treated for physical injuries consistent with rape.

Capoleto said that her life has been ruined since the rape, and that she suffers from mood swings and panic attacks. She also said she can barely sleep.

Carissa Capoleto is suing the three men least $5 million. However, criminal charges against Kingston were dropped in 2010 after police determined that Capoleto wasn’t credible enough to pursue the case.

Sean Kingston filed his own legal documents claiming that the sex was consensual. The trial is scheduled for November.

Earlier this week, witnesses claimed the 23-year-old “Beautiful Girls” singer was too drunk to even talk when he left Bootsy Bellows nightclub in Hollywood Tuesday. That didn’t stop him from getting into his Lamborghini and driving home, even texting while in the car. When asked by TMZ what his favorite song on 2 Chainz‘s album was, he said, “I can’t remember man, too much drinks.”

Sean Kingston later said he was just joking about being drunk, saying he doesn’t drink when he goes to the club.
