Microsoft on Wednesday officially launched their Xbox Live Rewards loyalty program for the Xbox 360 gaming console. The program was first spotted last year when Microsoft began testing the merits of the system.
The loyalty program is currently available for US and UK gamers with more countries expected in the near future.
Gamers will receive points for doing things they already do, including 10 points just for renewing a one-month membership, 400 points for buying or renewing a family plan and 100 points for activating Netflix among other available loyalty program options.
It’s free to join, so you really have nothing to lose even if you never end up using the program.
