Idaho Man Who Dressed As Dog Had Sex With Cat: Police Charge Him With Animal Cruelty Not Rape [Update: New Pics]


An Idaho man who enjoys dressing up as a dog has been arrested for having sex with a cat.

Ryan Havens Tannenholz, 28 has been accused of sexually abusing the pet a number of times over the course of a year.

Police arrested the man from Boise, Idaho, on August 1. He was charged with six felony counts of crimes against nature and one misdemeanor count of cruelty to an animal.

Tannenholz is a ‘furry’; this is the name given to a unusual community of people who like to dress up as animals.

According to the website Flayrah, a site dedicated to furries, Tannenholz had a number of animal alter-egos including a dog, a wolf, a white husky and a fox.

Tannenholz posted photos of himself on a social media site which show him in character as a creature called Bubblegum.

He is currently being held in custody as he cannot presently make the bond of $250,000; he faces up to five years in prison if convicted.
