Courteney Cox Breaks Wrist In Mexico

Courteney Cox had to cut her Mexico vacation short this week due to a broken wrist.

According to TMZ, the former Friends star was in Cancun with some friends when she fell and broke her wrist.

A source said that the actor “slipped” and fell while hanging out with some friends and tried to break the fall with her hands. That turned out to be a bad idea because ended up breaking her wrist.

The star of Cougar Town returned to her hotel room after the injury and called a couple of doctors. The medical team confirmed that Cox’s injury was pretty bad and provided the actress with a temporary brace.

But that wasn’t good enough for Cox. The actress was still worried about her wrist and decided to book a flight back to the states so that she could see her own doctor.

Cox hasn’t commented on the injury yet.

The actress wrapped up filming on the fifth season of Cougar Town and has been relaxing in the sun ever since. Pop Sugar reports that Cox has been hanging out with her co-star Brian Van Holt which has sparked a few romantic rumors. The two stars have not commented on their relationship yet.
