Chris Brown Quitting Music Twitter Threats Gone

If you’re worried about Chris Brown quitting music, I think you can breathe a sigh of relief. He seems to have deleted the Twitter threats by Wednesday morning.

As most fans may already know, Brown seemed to be undergoing something of a crisis of confidence in recent days.

On Monday, he was forced to sneak into the Los Angeles County jail to get booked on a hit-and-run accident charge. Brown was actually due to arrive on Tuesday but went early to avoid a media frenzy.

On Tuesday, the 24-year-old R&B singer was apparently still feeling down about his looming court battle.

That’s when he left the tweets suggesting that he was quitting music and the haters wouldn’t have Chris Brown to kick around any more.

“Don’t worry, mainstream America. After this X album, it’ll probably be my last album,” he tweeted.

Shortly thereafter Brown added, “Being famous is amazing when it’s for ur music and talent. I’m tired of being famous for a mistake I made when I was 18. I’m cool & over it!”

He also deleted some other tweets that hinted at an inner struggle with sadness. A screenshot of one of the deleted tweets is posted up top.

A lot of fans did post messages begging him to reconsider. A typical comment was to remind Brown that he was famous for his music. Every guy who does something stupid and hits his girlfriend doesn’t get famous.

New tweets suggested that Brown is now ready to get his mind back on work. Here’s one about the upcoming Love More video:

Here’s the audio from VEVO while we’re waiting to see the Chris Brown Love More video featuring Nicki Minaj:

Even without the video, Love More has already enjoyed over three million views.

I think we can all agree it would be silly for Chris Brown to quit music. Now he realizes that too.
