HTE One Mini Arriving In August With 4.3-Inch Screen, UltraPixel Camera

The HTC One Mini has been officially revealed by the Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer. The new device will officially be made available in August 2013.

Over the last several months, we have had our fair share of HTC One Mini rumors and now those rumors were for the most part correct.

Featured on the HTC One Mini will be a 4.3-inch display that outputs HD at 720P. The device will also feature a dual-core 1.4GHz Snapdragon processor from Qualcomm alongside 1GB of DDR2 RAM.

The One Mini will also offer 16GB of storage alongside a microSDHC card slot for added storage capabilities.

Camera enthusiasts will also be happy to see that the lower-end smartphone also features HTC UltraPixel technology.

Powered by the Google Android OS, the HTC One Mini will also offer 4G LTE support alongside an 1800mAh battery. The devices battery storage will allow for 20.7 hours of talk time over GSM and 13.3 hours over WCDMA.

HTC is keeping with its attempts to offer a very strong build factor by surrounding the HTC One Mini with an aluminum enclosure.

In comparison, the HTC One features 2GB RAM and offers storage capacities that include 32GB and 64GB. The original model also offers 1.7GHz on a quad-core CPU.

The HTC One Mini will roll out in “select markets” in August and then worldwide in September 2013.

While power users may prefer the HTC One, other users who prefer a more compact smartphone will likely gravitate towards the smaller, lower-powered device.

HTC has placed its future on the One smartphone line, and, with good reviews for the original device, the HTC One Mini could help guarantee future devices that customers clamor to purchase.

Will you be picking up the HTC One Mini when it arrives in August?
