Harlem rapper A$AP Rocky was allegedly caught on video slapping a female fan at a show in Sydney last week.
The 24-year-old was walking through the crowd at a sold-out concert at Hordern Pavilion last Friday, when a female fan standing above him taps him on the head to get his attention. The fan then blows him a kiss, and A$AP Rocky reaches up and slaps her and then shakes his finger at her.
This isn't the first time the "Wild For The Night" rapper has been captured getting into an altercation.
A$AP Rocky -- real name Rakim Mayers -- was arrested in July 2012 after getting into fight with two people who were trying to take pictures of him. He had gotten into a dispute with another man named Shenick Alcine, who had seen the rapper doing drugs inside a clothing store in downtown Manhattan. The two amateur photographers began taking pictures of the altercation.
A$AP and a friend then confronted the pair, and a fight broke out. According to TMZ,the two photographers suffered cuts and bruises, and one was treated at the hospital. He was charged with attempted grand larceny after he tried to grab one of the photographers' cameras. He was also charged with attempted robbery in the second degree and assault.
A$AP Rocky pleaded guilty to attempted grand larceny in December, and had the robbery and assault charges dropped. He was sentenced to three days of community service and ordered to pay a $250 fine.
Alcine later filled a lawsuit against A$AP Rocky claiming that he beat him up while under the influence of illegal drugs. But the rapper said that the attack on Alcine was in self-defense. Alcine was seeking unspecified damages, but A$AP asked that the case be dropped.
A$AP Rocky has yet to comment on the video from the Sydney concert.
