Leyla Ghobadi: ‘Kanye Didn’t Cheat, But I Don’t Trust Him’

Canadian model Leyla Ghobadi is now backtracking her previous allegations that rapper Kanye West cheated on Kim Kardashian with her.

Before everyone knew her name, Ghobadi claimed that she had a fling with the “Yeezus” rapper while he was seeing Kim Kardashian. She made headlines when she told Star magazine that she started hooking up with West last July. She said that Kanye had told her that his relationship with Kardashian was “for publicity and nothing serious.”

Now everyone knows Ghobadi’s name, but mysteriously, there’s no evidence to corroborate her claims. West’s reps called her “a misguided individual who is clearly seeking publicity,” and have rejected the allegations.

But she’s back in the headlines again, this time to set the record straight. See, Kanye West didn’t cheat on Kim Kardashian at all. Ghobadi did hook up with him, but it was in 2011 before he became one half of the power couple known in the media as “Kimye.”

“I was introduced to him at the Montreal concert,” she told The Sun. “We met backstage as I knew members of his band. We ended up having sex at the Thompson Hotel. He then flew some friends and I out to Toronto for his two concerts in the next two days. We had sex again there. This was all before Kim Kardashian and he never spoke about her. But what I do know is that Kanye is a Romeo — he can never be trusted.”

“He will never be faithful to one girl and has women falling at his feet all the time,” she added.

Also, she now wants our pity.

“I can’t believe all this publicity — I’m having anxiety attacks. I’ve been out with other singers and never kissed and told. I’m not starting now,” she said. “I’m not the type to talk about such things — I’ve got family and friends to consider.”

Curiously, The Sun didn’t bother to ask Ghobadi why she apparently made the story up and what she meant when she said things like: “This is going to destroy the Kardashian family. It’s bad. It’s really bad. It’s just embarrassing. But if I were Kim and about to have a baby, I would want to know” if she hooked up with him before he was ever with Kim.

By the way, Star paid Ghobadi $20,000 for her story. They were apparently so excited that they forgot to issue a lie detector test or even ask to see the text messages she said she had proving the affair. The whole thing stinks, I tell ya!
