Michelle Obama Goes Kaepernicking With Colin Kaepernick

Colin Kaepernick got the chance to meet First Lady Michelle Obama this weekend at a school fitness event in Chicago, Illinois. The two talked to the students about exercising and eating right, and, of course, they posed for a picture Kaepernicking together.

Kaepernicking may not be as popular as Tebowing or as hilarious as Duffnering but it definitely has its place among sports memes.

The 49ers quarterback even trademarked the move last year.

Kaepernick, who replaced Alex Smith last year for the 49ers, has been at the center of a ridiculous and meaningless controversy due to his heavily tattooed arms. In response to the criticism, Kaepernick started kissing his tattoos after touchdowns.

The controversy has died down since Kaepernick took the field last year but the 49ers quarterback still has a few haters. Michelle Obama, of course, isn’t one of them.

Kaepernick wrote on Twitter: “I got the opportunity to meet one of the greatest women in the world, the first lady @first_Obama and even got her #Kaepernicking.”

It’s not clear if Kaepernick charged Michelle Obama to use his patented move.
