Fitness Model Hanna Oberg Trains Chest & Shoulders In White Sports Bra & Spandex Shorts

Fitness model Hanna Oberg took to popular social media site Instagram on Sunday, June 14, to add her latest workout to her large collection.

For the routine, the fitness trainer wore a white sports bra that left plenty of toned abdomen exposed and gave viewers an eyeful of her sculpted upper body, including her chiseled arms, shoulders, and upper back. Hanna also showed off a full-sleeve tattoo on her right arm. On her lower half, the model went with a pair of gray spandex shorts from activewear brand Gymshark. The name of the brand was written across the waistband in white lettering. The shorts clung to Hanna’s shapely lower half, including her sculpted backside and thighs.

Hanna completed the outfit with a pair of white sneakers and white ankle socks, adding a black exercise watch and thin gold necklace for accessorizes. She pulled her long, brunette locks back into a ponytail that spilled in waves down her back. She also appeared to have added a touch of eye and lip makeup to complete the look.

The trainer’s workout targeted the chest and shoulders, and consisted of four different exercises, each separated into an individual video clip. The workout took place at the gym, and Hanna made use of a black exercise mat and a set of dumbbells for equipment.

Before beginning the circuit, Hanna was filmed for a brief moment posing for the camera with her biceps flexed and her elbows tucked in to her sides. She popped one hip to the side and flashed a wide smile for the camera. The model then moved into dead stop chest presses, lying back on the mat and placing the dumbbells at chest level to push up toward the ceiling. In the second video, Hanna demonstrated dead stop chest flyes, once again lying back on the mat. Instead of pushing her arms up to the ceiling, Hanna opened them out to the side with a dumbbell secured in each hand.

The third exercise in the circuit was the Arnold shoulder press. Hanna kneeled on the mat and pushed her arms up toward the ceiling, bringing the dumbbells back down to meet at her chest and then repeating the move. In the fourth video, she showed her followers how to do pike push-ups. She moved her body into a downward dog position and bent her arms to the side while pushing down to the ground and then back up.

The model’s latest workout post earned nearly 40,000 likes and a couple hundred comments within the first day.
