‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers: Bill’s Surprise Witness Is Named & Carter Lambastes Him In Court

Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Thursday, September 27 reveal that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Katie Logan Forrester’s (Heather Tom) day of reckoning has come. The two will face off in court for custody of their son, Will (Finnegan George). Bold and the Beautiful spoilers, via Courier Journal, state that Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Justin (Aaron D. Spears) will fight for their clients in court.

The secret is out. Bold and the Beautiful spoilers indicate that Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) finds out that his wife, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), was subpoenaed to testify on behalf of Bill. It’s no secret that Ridge hates Bill — and therefore it is only logical that he will be disgusted by the fact that his wife will be supporting Bill’s case.

Not only is she going against her husband’s wishes, but Brooke is also impeding her sister’s chances of gaining full custody of Will. Highlight Hollywood reports that Brooke and Wyatt (Darin Brooks) are both acting as character witnesses for Bill, but that they are also both close to Katie. Sources reveal that they are worried that by testifying on behalf of Dollar Bill, they will be harming Katie. B&B viewers know that she has a heart condition, and there is no telling what this may do to her health.

However, Carter also has an ace up his sleeve. Bold and the Beautiful spoilers state that he will tell the court about Bill’s recent past. Carter will rehash Bill’s past transgressions and use it against him in the courtroom. BB viewers know that he broke up his own son’s marriage so that he could have a chance at being with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), Liam’s (Scott Clifton) ex-wife. It remains to be seen how the court will react to the evidence that Bill will sabotage his own flesh and blood if it helps him get what he wants.

Liam also told Wyatt that he would be testifying on Katie’s behalf. Nobody knows better than he how vindictive his father can be. He will be able to give credibility to Katie’s claim that Bill will not be a positive influence in his son’s life, because he can be very vindictive and turn against those he claims to love if the need arises.
