Hulk Hogan Sues Spine Clinic For $50 Million For Bogus Procedures

Hulk Hogan sues again.

Just a week after he re-filed a $100 million lawsuit over a leaked sex tape, the former WWF superstar is turning his litigious ways toward a spine clinic that he said conned him with bogus procedures. Hogan claims he want to the clinic in 2009 to get treatment for multiple lumbar spinal abnormalities, Reality TV Magazine noted.

After the procedures failed and the wrestling legend required major back surgery, Hulk Hogan sues Florida’s Laser Spine Institute. He claims that the delay caused by his failed treatment led to missed money-making opportunities.

To make matters worse, Hogan’s lawsuit claims that the company used his image and name to promote their business, while failing to seek his consent. After his $100 million lawsuit earlier this month, Hulk Hogan sues the Laser Spine Institute for $50 million.

In his first lawsuit, Hogan claims that his former friend Bubba the Love Sponge played a role in leaking the sex tape, which featured Bubba’s ex-wife Heather Clem. The suit is aimed at the website Gawker, TMZ noted. Hulk claimed that his tryst with Clem was filmed without his knowledge.

Bubba settled his lawsuit with Hogan, writing an apology that acknowledged Hogan’s claim:

“It is my belief that Hulk is not involved, and has not ever been involved, in trying to release the video, or exploit it, or otherwise gain from the video’s release in any way. [I am] committed to helping Hulk and his attorneys find whoever is responsible for the release of the tape.”

Do you think it’s right that Hulk Hogan sues the pain clinic for failed procedures and using his image without his knowledge?
