LeBron James Dressed Up As Pennywise The Clown For Halloween And The Internet Is Freaking Out, See Photo Here
Just like in his famed NBA career, when it comes to Halloween and dressing up, LeBron James is a seasoned pro.
Yesterday, the Cleveland Cavaliers star took to his Instagram page to share this year’s Halloween costume with the simple caption, “Georgie!! Georgie!!” Like many other people this year, the basketball star decided to dress as the popular clown, Pennywise, from the movie It. And when LeBron’s followers saw him in costume, they went absolutely bananas over the terrifying picture.
James is pictured sitting in a chair while wearing a grey colored clown costume. The basketball player’s face is painted white with a red mouth to make him look exactly like the character from the popular film. The costume also included Pennywise’s signature red hair and two red balloons tied around James’ wrist. Even James’ teeth are identical to the movie character’s.
In all, the spooky photo earned over 1 million likes as well as over 16,000 comments. Some of LeBron’s celebrity friends even took time to comment on the superstar’s scary picture. Jamie Foxx said that the photo was “scary af” while American fitness model Paige Hathaway also chimed in on the photo. Other fans couldn’t get over how scary and lifelike LeBron’s costume was.

“Man there’s no way in heck I’d stay in the same room with a 6’8 clown.”
“Pennywise look like he about to catch a triple double,” another follower chimed in.
According to the Huffington Post, James wore the costume to his annual Halloween bash. The publication also goes on to report that there were a ton of other stars who showed up to the party in amazing costumes. Gabrielle Union and her husband, Dwayne Wade, dressed as the group Milli Vanilli while Khloe Kardashian and her boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, opted to be Game Of Thrones characters Khal Drogo and Daenerys Targaryen. Kardashian also posted many videos at the party throughout the evening on her well-followed Snaphat account.

In various clips of LeBron’s Halloween bash that were posted on the internet last night, James could be seen busting a move and dancing while in costume. All in all, it appeared that the NBA King had an amazing time at his Halloween party.
The Cavaliers will not play this evening but will resume play tomorrow at their home arena against the Indiana Pacers.
