‘Sister Wives’ Update: Janelle Brown Shows Off Amazing Weight Loss At Son Logan’s Engagement Party

Sister Wives fans were definitely delighted to see Janelle, Kody Brown’s second wife, looking a lot slimmer at her son Logan’s engagement party on Sunday night. It has been a while since fans have received updates from the polygamous family since the reality show has been off the air for almost a year now.

During the show’s hiatus, Janelle Brown has been focusing on her health and weight loss. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Janelle now runs an online health and fitness program called Strive with Janelle.

On her website, the 48-year-old reality star and mom-of-six shares her struggles about working out and shedding the excess pounds. She stated that she wants her story to be a motivation for others to make the first step toward a healthier and more active lifestyle.

Aside from exercising, Janelle has also started a passion in growing her own vegetables in her garden. She often posts pictures and stories about her experiences with farming on social media. In June, after months of going to the gym, Janelle finally began seeing results in her body.

“Finally, after a couple of weeks, I have found something else; a new found passion for my workouts! I am working harder, looking forward to my workout time again and my body is responding with changes that are making me happy.”

At her son Logan’s engagement party on Sunday, Janelle debuted her new look, and her transformation is amazing! She wore a black, floor-length printed dress that flattered her waist. She tied her hair back, which emphasized a more defined jawline and slimmer cheeks.

More importantly, Janelle looks healthier and happier — which is apparent in her smile! Sister Wives fans quickly noticed the changes and complimented Janelle on Instagram.

“Janelle you look BEAUTIFUL! What a great dress!” one comment reads.

The Sister Wives family, which consists of Kody’s four wives and their 18 children, is about to get even bigger. Kody and Janelle’s eldest child, Madison, gave birth to a baby boy this year — the first Sister Wives grandchild.

In September, the family happily announced that Kody and Janelle’s 23-year-old son, Logan, got engaged to his girlfriend of three years. Logan will be the third one in the family to get married, after his sisters Maddie and Mykelti (Kody’s daughter with third wife Christine). Kody and Janelle have not revealed the wedding date yet.

The exciting additions to the famous polygamous family make fans excited about the possibility of the show being renewed. Although TLC hasn’t officially announced a new season, Kody and his wives are being more visible on social media these days. Earlier this month, Kody Brown went on a date with all his four wives to watch a series of concerts in Las Vegas. Janelle also recently teased her Twitter followers who are missing Sister Wives.

“So many people are asking,” Janelle Brown tweeted on September 28.

“All I can say is stay tuned to TLC for information about the show.”
