Peggy Sulahian Travels To NYC For ‘WWHL’ Appearance As Rumors Claim She’s Being Fired From ‘RHOC’
Peggy Sulahian and her husband, Diko, traveled to New York City days ago after rumors claimed the newest member of The Real Housewives of Orange County was on the verge of being fired.
As fans continue to wonder what the future will hold for Peggy Sulahian and her role on the Bravo TV reality series, the mother of three continues to share new photos of her travels on Instagram. In her latest photo, she and Diko were seen spending time together at Gansevoort Park.
“Selfie in New York City before heading out to Andy,” Peggy Sulahian wrote in the caption of a photo shared on October 24.
As fans may recall, Peggy Sulahian was targeted with allegations of homophobia by her estranged brother just a short time after she signed on to appear on the 12th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County as the 100th housewife of the franchise. Then, earlier this month, as the 12th season nears its end, a source told Radar Online that Sulahian was in jeopardy of being fired from the show due to the ongoing allegations of homophobia.
As the insider explained, the Real Housewives of Orange County cast, which includes Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, and Meghan King Edmonds, was reportedly begging producers to give Peggy Sulahian the boot.
Peggy Sulahian’s brother Pol’ Atteu claimed she was homophobic months ago, and in the weeks that followed, several Real Housewives stars — including Lisa Vanderpump and Adrienne Maloof — told Radar Online that Sulahian’s allegedly anti-gay behavior was “disgusting.”
While Peggy Sulahian stayed mum on the claims against her for months, she ultimately chose to deny the reports during an interview with HuffPost in September. At the time, Sulahian made it clear that she was not anti-gay and said that she loves to surround herself with people of all races, faiths, and lifestyles.
