Ashton Kutcher Divorce Filing Details

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore may soon be officially divorced – finally. The pair split more than one year ago after Kutcher was caught cheating on the couples’ sixth wedding anniversary. As previously reported by The Inquisiter, Moore’s estranged husband cited irreconcilable differences in the Los Angeles Superior Court divorce filing.

Mila Kunis’ new beau reportedly signed the divorce papers mere hours before the documents were officially stamped at the Los Angeles Superior Court. The blooming relationship between Kunis and Kutcher has allegedly been very hard for Demi Moore and prompted concerns from her friends.

Kutcher’s divorce filing does not list the date that he and Demi Moore separated, according to the Christian Post. The Two and a Half Men star will reportedly not be seeking any type of spousal support from his movie star soon-to-be-ex-wife. The Kutcher divorce petition allegedly does not indicate whether or not he and Moore had any type of prenuptial agreement.

Celebrity attorney Laura Wasser is representing Ashton, according to Star Pulse. The divorce filing reportedly does not include a request for the judge to deny Demi Moore financial support, if the actress should so ask. Moore, 50, was most recently romantically linked with art collector Vito Schnabel. The second attempt at a May/December relationship did not appear to work out well for Moore. Demi presumably now be all alone at Christmas with her divorce papers.

Demi is supposedly estranged from her daughters Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah once again. A Radar Online source claims that the trio of sisters are frustrated with their mother’s partying behavior and an alleged inability to put her life back together post-Ashton.

Do you think it was cruel of Ashton Kutcher to file for divorce at Christmas, or was the guy just tired of waiting for Demi Moore to agree with her on the marriage ending terms?
