‘Shameless’ Star Emma Kenney Gives Fans Sneak Peek Of Baby Franny
The premiere of Shameless Season 8 is growing closer and closer. While we still don’t have a premiere date, and have no idea if Season 8 will drop this year or next – fans are chomping at the bit for the latest Shameless news. Fortunately, Emma Kenney, known for playing the role of Debbie Gallagher, recently took to Twitter to give fans a sneak peek of baby Franny.
As the Showtime character page reminds us, Emma plays the role of one of the middle children of the Gallagher family. Debbie, known affectionately by her siblings as Debs, has had her ups and downs in terms of being a fan favorite.
As those who have watched the first seven seasons of Shameless know, Debbie tricked her boyfriend into getting her pregnant after experiencing how different his family was from hers. Debs hoped to replace her dysfunctional family for the “normal” family of her boyfriend by having a baby with him.
Unfortunately for Kenney’s character, things didn’t really work out in her favor. While she did end up giving birth to baby Franny, her boyfriend made it clear that he wanted nothing to do with the baby. To make matters worse, some of Debs own family members weren’t exactly supportive of her idea to pop out a baby at such a young age.

For some fans, these last couple seasons of Shameless are when we started to like Kenney’s character a little less.
Fans Also Got A Sneak Peek Of The New Liam
It was roughly a few weeks ago that Steve Howey, known for playing the role of Kevin, took to social media to give fans a sneak peek of the new Liam Gallagher.

This sneak peek came shortly after fans learned the role of young Liam had been recast to a different actor. While some fans were not happy with the decision, most agreed this was really the only member of the core cast, other than baby Franny, that could be recast without disrupting the flow of the show.
