Blac Chyna May Have Violated Her NDA Agreement With The Kardashians: Will They Sue?

Blac Chyna has certainly had a rough week, to say the least. The mom of two and her ex, Rob Kardashian, were involved in an online social media spat that included Rob posting photos of his ex’s naked body. According to Chyna’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, this could count as revenge porn, and that is illegal in the state of California. Neither Lisa nor Blac Chyna, however, have stated if they will press charges.

Chyna, however, did win a legal battle against her ex when she was granted a restraining order against him. According to Blac Chyna, Rob Kardashian had become physically abusive toward her and threatened to kill himself multiple times after their breakup.

But according to legal experts, the Kardashians might have a case against Blac Chyna. The reality TV star appeared on Good Morning America with attorney Lisa Bloom. The pair discussed her relationship with Kardashian and how she felt devastated that he had betrayed her trust.

However, this may be a violation of the non-disclosure agreement that the Kardashian family has everyone sign when they come into their lives. This agreement states that anyone involved with the Kardashians is bound to keep their private life private; those found violating it face the possibility of a lawsuit.

Kim Kardashian was asked to comment on the situation between her brother and Blac Chyna and simply responded to a media outlet with a copy of Chyna’s NDA. She offered no further comment, and some have taken this as an indication that Kim and her legal team are aware that Chyna has violated the agreement.

Both Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian threatened to take custody of their daughter, Dream, from one another; however, both were awarded 50/50 rights. They have created a verbal agreement over when they can see their daughter, but have not yet penned one.

Kim Kardashian and the rest of her sisters have thus far not opened up about the drama between Rob and Blac Chyna. There are rumors that the family has been concerned for his mental health and that Kylie Jenner feels vindicated after years of her own drama with Chyna. However, none of this has yet to be publicly addressed.
