‘DOOL’ Spoilers: Xander Emerges As Suspect In The Deimos Murder Mystery

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that following Sonny’s (Freddie Smith) arrest for confessing to the murder of Deimos (Vincent Irizarry), JJ (Casey Moss), Lani (Sal Stowers), Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe (Galen Gering) will investigate, hoping to clear Sonny’s name. They will try to uncover more information about what happened on the night of the party at the Martin House during which Gabi (Camila Banus) found Deimos (Vincent Irizarry), the most hated man in Salem, dead with a knife through his heart.

Justin (Wally Kurth) will be upset that Sonny is admitting to a crime he has only very vague memories about, having been under the influence of a drug that Deimos added to all the drinks at the party at the Martin House. Although he is not sure that he committed the crime, Sonny is convinced, based on his vague recollections, that he murdered Deimos and that he must confess to absolve JJ.

Adrienne (Judi Evans) will break down out of fear of the consequences if Sonny is convicted of the crime of murder.

Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Adrienne’s ex, Justin, will try to comfort her despite the disapproval of Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) who still fears competition from Justin.

While investigating with JJ, Lani will accidentally find a room key and clues that will lead them to a hotel room where they snoop around for evidence. A maid will help the investigators by recalling that she saw a racy magazine in the hotel room. However, the magazine has since been trashed, and JJ and his team will have to recover it from a dumpster.

After they salvaged the magazine, Lani and JJ will realize that they have seen the magazine somewhere before. After pondering the apparent deja vu, they will recall that they had seen it with Xander (Paul Telfer) when they caught up with him in Greece.

The discovery and additional clues will raise the possibility that Xander might have killed Deimos.

However, many fans will suspect that the new evidence pointing to Xander could be a red herring, with the plot of the story offering it as a temporary distraction to provide added drama and to mislead viewers until the truth eventually emerges.
