Katt Williams Police Chase Leads To Arrest


A Katt Williams police chase has led to the arrest of the comedian in northern California. Williams was arrested Friday night on a felony warrant. The arrest occurred just 25 miles north of Sacramento.

Williams was released from jail on Saturday after he posted bail. At the time of his arrest, staffers on duty did not have any details regarding the circumstances of his arrest.

The Katt Williams police chase occurred on November 25 when he was spotted driving down a Sacramento sidewalk on his three-wheeled motorcycle. Police told Williams to stop driving his motorcycle, but instead he fled from the scene.

At the time of his escape, Katt Williams was not followed by officers for fear that a high speed chase would injure pedestrians. According to the official police report, Williams nearly ran over five people during his joyride.

The Katt Williams slap at Target recently put the comedian back onto the frontpage of many publications, and now his antics continue to follow him.

Reps for Katt Williams have not yet commented on his police chase.

In the meantime, the comedian continues to fight with law enforcement, recently revealing details his arrest in Seattle, Washington:

“This was a place I like to bring my kids and let them do stuff without people caring who they were. I got arrested in front my kids three times in my three days stay in Seattle… And all we were doing was coming into town to sell jokes and police department painted me as some sort of public menace that came to town.”
