Kris Jenner Is Worried That Her Grandchildren Will Be Bullied Because Of Their Famous Parents

Kris Jenner is worried about the welfare of her six grandchildren as they continue to grow up in the spotlight. Jenner, 61, recently revealed that her grandchildren have no say about being thrust into the spotlight, and that worries her for their future.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Kris Jenner opened up about her famous family and their very public life but says her grandchildren have no choice in the matter, and that could lead to some scary situations in the future.

Kris Jenner is a grandmother to Kourtney Kardashian’s three children — Mason, Penelope, and Reign Disick — Kim Kardashian’s two kids — North and Saint West — and Rob Kardashian’s new little bundle of joy, Dream Kardashian. Kris, like most grandmothers, has high hopes for the little ones and says that being the child of a celebrity could take a toll on them and could even cause them to be bullied by their peers as they grow up.

While Kris expressed fears for her grandkids, she did reveal that her own children — Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, Rob, Kendall, and Kylie — have developed a thick skin when it comes to rumors and bullies, with Kim Kardashian being the most well-adjusted one of the group.

Jenner reveals that Kim Kardashian will often counsel her siblings on how to handle sticky situations, as she’s had a lot of practice dealing with gossip, haters, and the media. In the past, Kim has had a sex tape released, been robbed at gunpoint, and suffered through a very short-lived marriage. She’s also dealt with high-profile relationships, including her marriage to Kanye West. Kris says that if anything happens in their family, Kim is usually the first person to be called about the situation.

“Kim leads the pack, and she’s the queen of thick skin. She counsels everybody else. So if something happens in the family, she’s the first one you call. ‘What should I do? How should I handle this?'”

However, Kris Jenner knows that the Kardashian family has brought the attention upon themselves. The family’s matriarch said that the group decided a long time ago that if they were going to have a reality TV series, they were going to do it the right way: by sharing all the aspects of their lives, the good and the bad moments. And that is exactly what they have done.

“We decided as a family that if we’re going to do this, we would just show everything. And one of the best decisions I made not only as a producer of the show but as one of the stars of the show was to say, ‘We’re not going to remove anything.’ With that philosophy, I told the kids, ‘Don’t get on the internet.’ Now it’s so amplified … you expect it now from the trolls, ” Jenner recalled of their popular reality show. “There’s somebody everyone can relate to in my family — whether you’re 7 or 107 — and I think people got emotionally attached and invested.”

Fans have seen divorces, fertility issues, the births of children, scandal, relationship problems, and even Bruce Jenner’s transformation into Caitlyn Jenner during the family’s run on reality TV, and that is something it seems that younger generation of Kardashians will have to accept and learn to live with.
