Prince Harry Bonds With Adorable Young Fan At 2017 Invictus Games: Do He And Meghan Markle Want Kids?

Prince Harry is known for having a way with children. So when Harry, 32, made his royal presence known at the U.K. Team Launch for the 2017 Invictus Games in Toronto, he found time to bond with an adorable little girl. The Prince’s charming moment with the tiny 6-year-old fan comes amid constant attention to his ongoing romance with Meghan Markle. Does Harry hope to have his own children with Meghan?

The little girl who just stole the spotlight from the Prince is named Maya. Harry’s young fan showed her royal idol a letter that she had written about her pride in her mom, Michelle, who is among those chosen to compete in the 2017 games, reported CBS 8.

Showing his fondness for youngsters, the Prince squatted so that he was on the same level as Maya. He held the letter while the adorable little girl grinned and held her mom’s hand. The letter that the 6-year-old wrote expressed her appreciation to Harry and the organization.

“Thank you so much to Prince Harry and Help for Heroes for helping my mummy and her friends.”

While Maya was the one who earned the most attention, the prince also was introduced to the 90 members of the U.K. team for Invictus Toronto. The event takes place in September, with the team scheduled to compete in 11 sports across the games.

Kensington Palace’s official Twitter account shared photos of the sweet meeting between Harry and his little fan.

The Twitter account also explained the purpose of the Invictus Games, which stands alone as the sole international sporting event for wounded, injured, and ill servicemen and servicewomen.

Prince Harry is known for having a full schedule of traveling as part of his royal duties. But what’s garnered just as much attention as Harry’s royal summer schedule is speculation about whether his girlfriend, Meghan Markle, will travel with him.

Almost as soon as the news broke that Harry was heading Down Under, questions rose about whether his girlfriend would be seen climbing on board the plane with him, reported Yahoo Lifestyle.

In Australia, on June 7, the prince will take part in events to celebrate Sydney as the host of the Invictus Games in 2018. Will Markle join him in honoring the international sporting competition for wounded and injured servicemen and women?

The gossip mill has been churning out reports about exactly when Harry and Meghan’s romance blossomed into more than a fling. The two reportedly were at the Invictus Games in Toronto last year, leading to the heightened interest now. Consequently, some had hoped that Australia would mark the destination for the Prince’s and Markle’s first official trip as a couple.

But with Season 7 of Meghan’s popular TV show, Suits, scheduled for July, she may be caught up in responsibilities for the show such as doing promotions during Harry’s trip. The two reportedly have sought to spend as much time as they can together at the Prince’s Kensington Palace residence amid his royal responsibilities.

When and if Prince Harry and Markle make it official with a wedding, it seems inevitable that pregnancy predictions will follow. Does the Prince want to have children with Meghan?

Harry talked recently about having kids, saying that he would “love” to have children someday, reported Hello magazine.

Ranked as the fifth in line to the throne, the prince was cautious about getting candid with regard to how his Suits actress Meghan Markle feels about having children. But he didn’t hesitate when it came to talking about his own desires.

“I, of course, I would love to have kids.”

Harry is a godfather to many of his friends’ children, estimating that he has taken on the role of godfather for “five or six” youngsters. He shared that he feels that he is a good godfather.

“I think the key to that is to grow up, but also to be able to stay in touch with your childhood side,” explained the Prince. “If that means going to someone’s house and sitting there and playing PlayStation and kicking the a*s of their son…I’ll try and do that. I’ve actually had a lot of practice for that.”
