Jessica Parido, Mike Shouhed’s Ex, Teases She’s ‘Unbothered’ After ‘Shahs Of Sunset’ Season 6 Preview Airs

On Wednesday, Bravo released the preview for season 6 of Shahs of Sunset, showing that one major story line will be Mike Shouhed attempting to live life as a single man after his split from Jessica Parido yet perhaps also trying to win her back. In the preview, Mike’s co-star and good friend, Reza Farahan, is shown saying that Mike’s mother doesn’t want Mike to get back in a relationship with Jessica. Jessica herself is even shown in a flashback scene with Mike from Season 5, when they met in a restaurant after she left him amidst claims of infidelity.

What does Jessica have to say about the implication from the preview that Mike’s family didn’t like her? It seems that she’s not letting it get to her. A day after the preview, Jessica posted a photo of herself wearing a shoulder cutout dress from her online boutique, GlamEnvy. “Unbothered” and “Cold Shoulder,” she wrote for the caption. A fan’s question asking Jessica whether she’s back with Mike have so far gone unanswered.

On Season 5 of Shahs of Sunset, Mike and Jessica were initially shown in a happy marriage. Yet that quickly changed when Mike revealed that Jessica moved out of their marital home. At first, during therapy sessions and tense meetings, Mike would only admit to being a bad husband in terms of disrespecting Jessica and working too much. Jessica seemed incensed that Mike wasn’t owning up to whatever it was he did. Eventually, however, after some prodding from his co-stars, especially Reza Farahan, Mike finally admitted that he cheated on Jessica.

As the Inquisitr reported, when that scene aired, Jessica Parido, who filed for divorce in November, 2015, went on a Twitter rant against Mike Shouhed, saying that he has sex with everyone since he has zero standards and that she would cry too if she lost someone like herself. Jessica, who besides running her online clothing boutique also works as a nurse, also proclaimed that she’ll one day give her all to the man who actually deserves her.

The last time viewers saw Jessica was when she tearfully told Reza that her relationship with Mike was finally over and she wasn’t giving him any more chances. In a later scene, Reza and Mercedes “MJ” Javid revealed that Jessica cut all of them out of her life, even going so far as changing her number. While Mike and Jessica’s marriage was a big topic of conversation on the Season 5 reunion show, with Reza and MJ even revealing that they got into a Twitter war with Jessica, Jessica herself didn’t make an appearance.

While it’s not clear whether Jessica filmed any scenes for the new season, the Shahs of Sunset Season 6 preview does show that she’ll again be a hot topic of discussion. In one scene, Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi tells Mike that she ran into Jessica and invited her to come to her play. “I love Jessica, with all of my heart,” Mike is then heard saying as a flashback scene of him and Jessica from Season 5 is shown. The next scene shows Reza, during a fancy event, telling another guest that Mike’s mom doesn’t want him to get back with Jessica, which causes Reza’s husband, Adam, to open his mouth in shock.

In November, 2016, Mike Shouhed told Bravo’s The Daily Dish that his divorce from Jessica Parido has not been finalized. Yet it doesn’t seem that he’s back with Jessica. In an interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish, posted on Thursday, Reza Farahan teased that Mike is dating someone new.

“I don’t know if Mike is serious with anyone, but I did get a few text messages and pictures from several friends of mine that were at the White Party. Not the actual White Party, but the pool party before the White Party — and somehow Mike and a lady friend who looked like maybe she might have worked a pole showed up in Palm Springs by accident not realizing it was White Party weekend. [They] checked into the biggest gay pool party hotel and ended up partying with all of my gay friends. So I don’t know if they’re serious or not, but they were serious enough to go away for a weekend together.”
