Gwyneth Paltrow’s Recipe To Feel Great: Eat Fries And Drink Martinis, ‘It’s All Good!’ Says The Health Guru

While we all know 44-year-old Gwyneth Paltrow as a gorgeous American actress, singer, and comedian, there are more and more people who follow her daily on social media to find out tips and tricks on how to live their life at maximum health potential. Not yet familiar with ‘GOOP?’ This is one of the most famous wellness websites since September 2008, created and carefully managed by the actress herself, who decided after her father’s death to embrace a healthy lifestyle and let people know how much of a difference a clean diet and a balanced mind make. Therefore, it took just a sip of freshly grounded coffee (served with almond milk- which by the way, is a Heavenly way to start the morning with) until she decided to become a lifestyle consultant and a passionate writer about optimal food choices. Gwyneth Paltrow gathered the best editors and website developers and started the project known popularly as “The Health Guru.” Still, how did she manage to keep a great figure even when not working out, one may wonder. What is the secret for achieving a clean body, lean figure, glowing skin and hair and a perfectly balanced state of mind?

Yes, you guessed it right: a cheesy baguette with french fries and a glass of wine!

The first thing to be done is to take your favorite fresh crispy baguette and dip it into creamy cheese. Invite to the plate some fries to cope with this French-style dinner, serve a glass of wine and indulge!

While this is not a long-term advice for turning rejuvenating your cells, it is okay to indulge in your favorite fast food as long as you make it and enjoy it, as Gwyneth Paltrow herself admits doing it from time to time.

“I try to stay away from that, but I love French fries and cheese and martinis and all that kind of thing.”

Let’s be honest, who can stay away forever from these goodies? It seems like the “Health Guru” doesn’t, so who are we to question her advice?

Finally, we all agree that health is a state-of-mind too, right? So, if you take the best out of worse, you can consider it a gluten-free cheat. Still, after enjoying this “guilt-free” meal, you would better go on a clean diet for most of the time, accompanied by meditation and some good now and then yoga exercises.

You should have an all-way balanced life if you want to make a best friend out of your body. Meanwhile, doctors disapprove of the content of “GOOP” website when it comes to scientific documentation, but they mostly agree that nothing can harm you as much as overeating. Therefore, moderation is the secret. Elimination diet that lasts for three weeks and allows just one lean meal a day though seems to keep the doctor away in Gwyneth’s case.

“I find it very rejuvenating. It’s like being high.”

Extreme water fasting or the mild option like five days juice fasting done two times a year, intense detoxification program during the spring time, drinking lots of pure water and getting as much sleep as possible are best choices to be made according to Gwyneth’s health tips.

If you cannot succeed in finalizing either of these, don’t become too harsh on yourself. You are just human, and it’s alright to enjoy life with reckless abandon sometimes, as our wellness advisor Gwyneth Paltrow confesses.

“I try to eat organic food when I can, eat local food when I can, and eat as little processed food as possible but sometimes you need a bag of Doritos and a beer in an airport.”

So, either you choose organic, non-processed, gluten free or conventional food, make it guilt- free!
