‘The Bachelor’ Star Raven Gates Opens Up About Having Plastic Surgery
Raven Gates isn’t letting anyone push her around. The former Bachelor star recently took to social media to reveal a secret about herself, and she doesn’t care who knows it.
According to Wetpaint, Raven Gates received an email from a magazine revealing that they were planning to run a story about her allegedly having plastic surgery. The Bachelor beauty was seemingly so annoyed by the email that she went public with the information herself.
“We have doctors who believe that she’s had a breast augmentation. If you any questions or comments please let me know,” the email reads.
Well, Raven Gates definitely had a comment for the magazine.
“Yes I did!!! 5 YEARS AGO!! And I’m proud of it. So go report that In Touch Weekly,” she tweeted after receiving the email.
It seems that Raven has no problem being open and honest about things from her past, and fans may get to learn even more about Nick Viall’s Season 21 runner-up when she heads to Mexico this summer to film Season 4 of Bachelor in Paradise. Raven previously announced her plans to head to the Bachelor spin-off series on live television during the After the Final Rose show earlier this year.
“Hey, if anything, I know that if Nick can go to Paradise and do this experience and find love, that I can too,” Gates told Chris Harrison during the live show.
Later, Raven revealed to People magazine that she “really trusts” the Bachelor system.
“I’m confident in finding love in Paradise because I’m so open-minded when it comes to meeting someone.”
Raven Gates even has a special someone that she would like to meet during her time on Bachelor in Paradise. The reality star allegedly has her eye on one of JoJo Fletcher’s former contestants, James Taylor. James took to Twitter after Season 21 of The Bachelor to show some love for Raven.
“Lord have mercy, Raven meet me in Paradise?! you deserve a good southern gentleman,” James Taylor tweeted after watching Raven get her heart broken by Nick Viall in the Season 21 finale.
Of course, Raven Gates responded to James Taylor’s sweet words and revealed that she would love to get to know him a bit better and that she thinks he is “very sweet.” It seems that Bachelor in Paradise fans will have to wair to see if James and Raven will be a possible love connection or if Raven will find another man to keep her warm at night.
Fans who have been watching Rachel Lindsay’s season of The Bachelorette have already seen Raven Gates make an appearance. Raven, Corinne Olympios, and other girls from Nick Viall’s season showed up in the Season 13 premiere to offer Rachel a little love, support, and advice before she met all of her men. While many fans believe that Raven would have been a great choice to be the next Bachelorette, there is always hope for her in the future if she doesn’t find love on Bachelor in Paradise.
Meanwhile, ABC is developing yet another Bachelor spin-off, which will air this winter. The show, titled Bachelor Winter Games, will be ABC’s spin on the winter Olympics airing on NBC. The new show will feature Bachelor Nation members as they compete in a series of games and look for love in the process. No premiere date has been set for the new show just yet, but fans are already excited about the possibilities.
