Jenelle Evans Attempted To Set Up Her Mom With Drunk Driving Allegations Before Court?

Jenelle Evans allegedly attempted to set her mom up before their court date on Wednesday in North Carolina.

According to a new report, Jenelle Evans and her fiance, David Eason, confronted her mother with a camera at a restaurant where Barbara and Jenelle's son, Jace, 7, were enjoying a Cinco de Mayo meal with his two cousins.

"Mom, you're drinking with three kids!" Jenelle Evans yelled at her mother during their caught-on-camera confrontation, as revealed by Radar Online on May 26.

Jenelle Evans filmed herself as she confronted Barbara at the restaurant and accused her of being too drunk to drive. She even screamed at her mother, telling her she needed to call a taxi to get home.

"Get that f**king camera off of me," Barbara responded.

Jenelle Evans claimed her mother was drinking wine during the outing and told her not to drive with Jace and his cousins. She also said she was watching out for the safety of Jace and the other children.

"Will you stop it?" Barbara begged. "I'm not drinking. I'm having dinner with my friends."

In a photo obtained by Radar Online, Barbara was seen sitting at a table with a glass of wine in front of her. However, according to the woman who has been raising Jace since he was a baby, she only had "one sip" of the beverage.

"This is unsafe. Do you realize this? What you're doing is unsafe!" Jenelle Evans continued.

In response to her daughter's shocking allegations, Barbara spoke to Radar Online, admitting that she was furious with what her daughter was trying to do just weeks before they were set to meet in court and fight over custody of Jace.

"I knew Jenelle was trying to set me up. She called me at 4:30pm saying she wanted to see Jace. No. It doesn't work like that. You can't just call me like that," Barbara explained.

As fans of Teen Mom 2 well know, Jenelle Evans hasn't had custody of her oldest son for years and as she's continued to date and welcome more children, Barbara has consistently cared for the boy and maintained full custody.

"I had just sat down with my friends and had one sip of wine. I saw Jenelle standing there making a big scene. So I threw $40 on the table and got up and left," Barbara revealed. "I was walking across the parking lot when [Jenelle and her fiancé David Eason] started filming me. They accused me of being drunk. I told them to stop filming me."

Barbara Evans proceeded to ask her daughter what was wrong with her. As she explained, she knew Jenelle Evans was attempting to set her up and the children with her were just as shocked at the reality star's behavior.

"The kids looked at her like 'She's out of her mind.' How dare she do this to me? Her 64-year-old mother. She had the audacity to set me up," she insisted.

Jenelle Evans' alleged attempt to set her mother up weeks before court doesn't seem to have done much help for her case. As Radar Online revealed, Jenelle Evans failed to gain any custodial rights to Jace on Wednesday. That said, Jenelle Evans is now able to see her son during court-ordered visitation.

Jenelle Evans and her family, including her mother, Barbara Evans, and her three kids, are currently in the midst of filming the eighth season of Teen Mom 2. No word yet on when the series will return to MTV.
