‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Lily Finds Out About Cane And Juliet, Is Dina Dying?

The Young and the Restless fans are in for quite a ride this week. Spoilers suggest that viewers should prepare for tense confrontations, shocking revelations, and unexpected twists on the CBS soap.

The last couple of weeks have seen Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Jack (Peter Bergman) reacting to the sudden return of their estranged mother, Dina (Marla Adams). Adams, who returned to The Young and the Restless nearly a decade after her last appearance, has been a welcome addition to the cast. Dina’s return has led viewers to see a side of Jack and Ashley they haven’t seen before.

Confronted with Dina’s presence, Jack has been more accepting but still stoic, while Ashley has been nothing but angry. The situation has given The Young and the Restless viewers some truly moving soap scenes, but it begs the question: Where is this going? Could Dina return to Genoa City and then leave, just like that? The whole family drama is just begging for some kind of resolution, and The Young and the Restless might give viewers just that.

Here’s what’s happening this week, according to The Young and the Restless spoilers.

Monday, May 22

The Young and the Restless will kick the week off with Victor (Eric Braeden) asking Scott (Daniel Hall) to work on a new project (a concert) for him. Scott will be reluctant, but will immediately agree to the task when he learns what it’s for.

Meanwhile, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will be in Napa Valley, where she will pose as Chloe’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) sister to get information on her current whereabouts. Spoilers reveal that Chelsea goes to the mental facility where Chloe was confined and bribes someone, who then clues her in on a patient who was moved to a more secure facility in Louisiana.

Back in Genoa City, Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) assumes that Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) wants her to stop seeing Noah (Robert Adamson).

Tuesday, May 23

Tuesday’s The Young and the Restless episode will find Billy (Jason Thompson) trying to recover from his recent scandal while Hilary (Mishael Morgan) worries about the consequences of the clip. Cane (Daniel Goddard), who basically threw Juliet (Laur Allen) under the bus, tells her that it was all Billy’s fault.

Meanwhile, Jack calls Phyllis’ (Gina Tognoni) bluff and Dina seeks Victor’s help. What does Dina need Victor for? Is this a business-related favor or something more personal? The Young and the Restless fans need to stay glued to this storyline to find out.

Wednesday, May 24

According to The Young and the Restless spoilers from SheKnows Soaps, Ashley will figure out a different way of dealing with her family. Meanwhile, her daughter, Abby (Melissa Ordway), keeps something hidden.

What is Abby’s secret? The Young and the Restless fans have been suggesting that Abby is hiding the fact that she is helping Nick (Joshua Morrow) and/or Chelsea track down Chloe. However, recent events have led others to believe that Abby’s secret has something to do with Dina.

One of the most interesting revelations since Dina’s return was that she isn’t selling her company for money. Instead, she’s more concerned with family and legacy. This, of course, has led to speculations that Dina could have a terminal illness and that she will soon die. If so, Jack will have finally had an actual relationship with his mother while Ashley will be left with nothing but guilt and regrets for being so mad at her mom until the end. Alternatively, Ashley and Dina could make peace in the latter’s final moments, and the former’s childhood issues will be resolved.

Meanwhile, The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Noah will be suspicious of Tessa.

Thursday, May 25

On Thursday, Hilary will plot her revenge. In promos for the upcoming episodes of The Young and the Restless, Hilary overhears Cane and Juliet talking about their secret. She confronts Juliet, who then assures Cane that there’s nothing to worry about because Hilary has no proof. However, spoilers say that Hilary will have footage of the conversation saved on a flash drive.

Indeed, it can only be a matter of time before Lily (Christel Khalil) finds out about Cane and Juliet. However, The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest that it won’t be Hilary who spills the beans. Rather, it will be Juliet herself.

As fans have pointed out, Cane crossed Juliet when he led her to feel responsible for the footage fiasco. Vexed, Juliet will surely find a way to get back at Cane. What better way to get sweet revenge than to tell Lily all about that night in Tokyo?

Friday, May 26

The Young and the Restless will cap off an eventful week with Cane feeling the walls closing in, Nick and Chelsea working together to find Chloe, and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) having to make a difficult decision at work.

The Young and the Restless airs weekdays on CBS.
