Lohan On Leno, Actress Discusses New Sibling And Barbara Walters

Lindsay Lohan appeared on Leno last night, sitting down with Jay to dish about her tiff with Barbara Walters and the newly revealed information that yet another Lohan sibling exists, discovered in the wild and related to her through black sheep dad, Michael Lohan.

Lindsay Lohan on Leno was an issue that rankled TV legend Baba after the star canceled out on 20/20 during her most recent spate of familial and legal problems to sit down with the late-night host instead. (Walters is known for her aggressive and often touchy questions, whereas Lohan on Leno could be guaranteed a bit more of a softball sit-down.)

After Linds canceled on Babs last week, Walters commented on the “Lohan on Leno” announcement, saying:

“If they’d said to me, ‘She isn’t up for the kind of questions you might ask’… if they had told me that, I wouldn’t feel quite as disappointed as I do today.”

When Lohan was on Leno, she discussed her dis of Walters the week prior — although she doesn’t seem to think that dropping out at the last minute (which may, in some Hollywood circles, be called “pulling a Lohan”) is necessarily a disincentive for Barbara to allow to book in the future.

Lohan says she will do Barbara Walters the honor of gracing the veteran journalist with her presence someday:

“You know, it’s just the timing wasn’t right, right now … And I love her. I’m a big fan of Barbara Walters. I met her when I was very young. So when it’s right, she knows she’ll be the first person I sit down with.”

Lohan on Leno also discussed her dad’s new woman and the baby they’re expecting together, telling the late-night host she only had a little to say on the matter:

“I guess I could give her one word of advice — good luck with my dad.”

Burn, Michael Lohan! Lindsay told Jay that her feeling on her estrangement from the Lohan patriarch was not a massive concern for her, saying:

“It is what it is.”
