Courtney Stodden To Make Singing Debut At West Hollywood Gay Bar [Video]
Teen bride Courtney Stodden is in it for the long haul. While she will most likely be forever know for her pre-18 marriage to Lost star Doug Hutchison when she was 16 and he was 51, the model, actress, and singer is determined to make it in the music industry. Stodden is planning on reviving her singing career by doing a debut performance at a West Hollywood gay bar. She is planning on singing her original song “Reality,” after which she will do a pole dance.
Stodden told E! News that she is really looking forward to the event. She said:
“I’m super excited, it’s going to be such a fun night. You can expect to see a whole lot of sexy — me singing live and super-hot backup dancers!”
Stodden’s other attempt at launching a music career was to release a video for her song “Don’t Put It On Me,” which actually managed to get more than 6 million views on YouTube.
Stodden rose to fame after her marriage to Hutchison became front page news through out the country. Hutchison met Stodden online while she was an attendee at an acting class he was teaching. He said the couple fell deeply in love long before they had ever met. After a meeting with Stodden, he found out how old she was and approached her parents to tell them he was in love with her, but due to her age, he would not see her again without their blessing. They told him that due to Stodden’s deeply held Christian beliefs, they were ok with the marriage.
Hutchison has been labeled a pervert and received death threats over his marriage to Courtney Stodden.
