See Miranda Lambert & Gwen Stefani’s Cute Posts With Their Boyfriend
It’s been more than a year since Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton got a divorce, and both are now happy with their new partners Anderson East and Gwen Stefani. The exes recently celebrated New Year with their lovers and the girls seem to be proud of their partner. The 33-year-old country singer shared an adorable photo with her boyfriend on Instagram – proving to everyone that the breakup rumors aren’t true.
“Goodbye 2016. Thanks for everything! Here’s to 2017… to lessons and blessin’s, music and memories, friendships and hardships. I’m ready for all. And I’m so thankful to ring in this new year with love,” Lambert wrote on Instagram.
The 47-year-old pop star tried to steal the social media spotlight from her boyfriend’s ex-wife by sharing a cute video of her hanging out with Shelton on Instagram. She and the gang were burning some trees in Oklahoma. While Stefani was panning the video, the 40-year-old country charmer walked closer to her and smiled for the camera.
Unlike Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert and Anderson East rarely post PDA photos on social media. The last time that the “Vice” hitmaker shared a photo with her boyfriend was early November when they attended the CMA Awards. After that, rumors started coming out that the 28-year-old rhythm and blues artist dumped her.
According to HollywoodLife.com, East broke up with Lambert because he felt that she still hasn’t moved on from Shelton. The two started dating barely over a year ago, but the love allegedly fizzled out now because of her feelings for her ex-husband.
“Anderson began to feel that Miranda was still hung up on Blake,” their source explained. “He got angry and called her out on it. Unfortunately, I get the feeling Miranda will always be obsessed with Blake, to the point of it wreaking havoc on any other relationship.”
Just a few days after the CMAs, it was the blues musician’s turn to show his romantic side. Anderson East posted a cute photo with Miranda Lambert on Instagram and wrote a sweet birthday message for her. He wrote: “Happiest of birthdays to this beautiful Texan! I’ll celebrate you today and everyday ahead.”
There were reports that the lovebirds are planning to take their relationship to the next level. Lambert has been married to Shelton for four years, but they never had any children. Maybe their divorce made her realize that it’s about time that she builds a future with her current boyfriend.
According to E! News, Miranda wanted to get married again and have her own children soon. Anderson reportedly wanted the same thing, which could mean that there may be a wedding happening soon. With regards to her ex-husband, she wishes him the best.
“It was a time in her life that was special, but she’s happy that relationship took her to where she is now,” an insider said. “Many lessons were learned in that time with Blake. She hasn’t spoken to Blake in a friendship capacity yet, and she is not sure she will ever get back to that point with him. At this point, they have no attachments to each other.”
While the two openly discuss marriage and kids, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have allegedly set a wedding date already. TheInquisitr previously reported that the No Doubt lead singer and her beau are planning to get married at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Beverly Hills on May 5. However, the two are having conflicts because she wanted it a big affair while he wanted an informal ceremony in Tennessee or Oklahoma.
A source told Radar Online that the couple has considered inviting their exes Gavin Rossdale and Miranda Lambert to their wedding. They could also bring a date which could mean that the Pistol Annies member can bring Anderson East along. However, she may even tie the knot ahead of them if things work out between her and her new boyfriend.
