Rob Kardashian’s Promise To Baby Daughter Dream: ‘I Am Going To Get Better For You’

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have split only a month after their daughter Dream was born, but it looks like Rob Kardashian is doing his best to win his fiance and their infant daughter back.

News of the split came as somewhat of a shock to the Kardashian family and their multitudes of fans, as it was only days before that Blac Chyna and the Kardashian family were doing their best to settle their differences in the best interests of the newest member of the socialite family. People magazine even referred to Rob Kardashian’s daughter Dream as a dream come true, stating that Dream Kardashian, who just turned one-month-old, seems to have become a serious reason for reconciliation between Chyna and the rest of the Kardashians.

Saturday, December 10, marked exactly a month since Dream Renee Kardashian was born. And – to no one’s surprise – the Kardashians made sure to document the celebration on social media. That Sunday morning, Blac Chyna took to Dream’s Instagram account (to no one’s surprise she already has an Instagram account) to share a sweet photo of her daughter.

Blac Chyna wrote in the caption that Dream is now one-month-old. Then the model took to Snapchat to share a few videos of her adorable daughter dressed in a cute white-and-pink jumpsuit. In one of the videos, Chyna tells viewers to look “at those pretty eyes” of Dream.

In a separate clip, Blac Chyna referred to Dream as “Robs Twin” and added that their adorable one-month-old daughter looks just like her daddy. Then the model is seen showering Dream with kisses.

Kris Jenner was also excited about the celebration of Dream turning one-month-old despite her past grievances with Blac Chyna. The grandma shared that same photo of Dream, referring to her in the caption as the “little love bug.”

Kylie Jenner, who has had the most heated tensions with Blac Chyna out of the entire Kardashian-Jenner clan, also seemed to have put her grievances aside as she spent some time with her niece as well and documented a few sweet moments on Snapchat.

Kylie Jenner is currently dating rapper Tyga, who is Blac Chyna’s former boyfriend and the father of her first child, King Cairo. But despite the tensions and the ongoing legal battle between Chyna and the Kardashians, the ice between them seemed to have melted a little when they all happily celebrated the big occasion.

To complicate matters, it was reported earlier this month that the Kardashian family’s lawyers had filed papers requesting to block Blac Chyna from trademarking her new legal name Angela Renée Kardashian when she marries Rob Kardashian, according to Page Six.

The Kardashian-Jenner clan is still not happy about Blac Chyna joining their family. According to the papers exclusively obtained by People magazine, the Kardashians claim they would “suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill” if the model uses the Kardashian name as her own.

The Kardashian sisters also think, according to the documents, that Blac Chyna is “deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity” by getting a new legal name after marriage with Rob Kardashian. Given that the breakup occurred only days later, it doesn’t seem too hard to imagine what the mood would be like in the Kardashian-Jenner household.

Blac Chyna’s lawyer later reacted to the news and told People magazine that the Kardashians’ decision to file the papers was a shock. The lawyer, Walter Mosley, also added that he hopes the whole thing is just a misunderstanding from the Kardashians’ lawyers.

“The Kardashians, like Angela and my other clients are very protective of our marks, I think for us this is going to be a clear case win, because it’s actually her name, it’s not a poaching.”

Blac Chyna’s lawyer also assured that there is “a softer side” of this whole situation. Mosley also revealed big news in his recent interview with Us Weekly, in which he said that his client and Rob already set their wedding date!

Although Mosley didn’t reveal the exact date of their wedding, there are rumors that Blac Chyna and Rob had, at that stage, planned to tie the knot as soon as next summer.

But instead of going ahead with their wedding plans, the parents of the newborn Dream Kardashian broke up instead. By all accounts, it was Blac Chyna who decided to leave and based on his recent Instagram posts, Rob Kardashian is not going to give up his fiance and baby daughter without a fight.

According to Us Magazine, yesterday Rob Kardashian posted a photo of himself and his fiance on Instagram, with a caption that expressed his regret over the breakup and which thanked Chyna for being a “great mother” to their child, ending simply “I love you.”

Shortly after, Rob Kardashian posted another photo on Instagram, this time of his baby daughter. In the caption, he spoke directly to his daughter, saying she is his “life” and that she gave him a “new start.”

“I am going to get better for you Dream.”

Will these public gestures be enough to convince Blac Chyna to give Rob and their relationship another chance? Only time will tell.
