WWE News, Spoilers: The Shield Brothers Reunite, New Champion, And Heel Turn Explanation On ‘Monday Night Raw’

Last night at Roadblock: End of the Line, everyone kind of expected grudges to be finished up and feuds to end as 2016 prepares to come to a close. Well, that is anything but what happened, and as a matter of fact, things may be even more confusing for the roster of Monday Night Raw. Two brothers of The Shield became reunited once again, but it was after the WWE Universal Title had already been stolen from the clutches of Roman Reigns by Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho.

Early in the morning after the dust had settled, the official website of WWE released the official preview for Monday Night Raw to let the fans know what is in store for them. A lot of questions are left unanswered after Roadblock, and it seems that things may only get stranger from this point going forward.

Friends In Treachery Steal Universal Title Victory

For weeks, it seemed as if there was trouble in the Jeri-KO relationship and that the friends were soon to be bitter enemies. Last night, Chris Jericho interfered in the WWE Universal Championship match and delivered a Codebreaker to Kevin Owens who got Roman Reigns disqualified.

It also kept the belt in Owens’ possession, and that is exactly what Y2J wanted.

Well, Reigns wasn’t too pleased with that, and he soon began to take out his anger on the friends, but he wasn’t alone. Seth Rollins, his former brother in The Shield, came out to ringside and evened up the odds to delivered two massive spike powerbombs to both Owens and Jericho.

Don’t be fooled if the former members of The Shield stay partnered up and seek revenge on those who have wronged them.

All Hail The “Iron” Queen

Will the feud between Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks over the Raw Women’s Championship ever come to an end? These two had another grueling bout last night which was an “Iron Man Match” that even required overtime before Charlotte won the title back.

Raw General Manager Mick Foley has said there will be no rematch and the two will not battle it out again. Bayley, Nia Jax, and many other competitors are going to step up and look to take on Charlotte Flair for the title, and there is no shortage of women who want their shot.

Can Sheamus & Cesaro Co-Exist As Raw Tag Team Champions?

After breaking the record last week on Monday Night Raw with two huge victories, The New Day finally lost their coveted Raw Tag Team Titles. Cesaro and Sheamus are not the most likely of teams, but they work well together with brute strength and pure ability.

It isn’t known if they will ever truly be able to get along, but the duo does now have the belts around their waists, and the Booty O’s experts were truly devastated. They respect the new champions, though, and will look to win back their belts if it is the last thing they do.

When will Sami Zayn be satisfied?

Sami Zayn was finally granted his match against Braun Strowman, and he was able to survive the 10 minutes that Mick Foley said he must do. After showing that he can hold his own against the monster, it may not necessarily be over as Strowman may very well want to exact some revenge for not doing exactly what he wanted.

Why did Neville attack Swann and Perkins?

Last night at Roadblock, an exciting Triple Threat Match for the Cruiserweight Championship was taking place, and it had all of the action needed. Well, that was until Neville decided to make his return to the Raw roster and get involved in a way that no-one expected.

As recapped by the official website of WWE, Neville headed out to the ring and absolutely destroyed TJ Perkins and Cruiserweight Champion Rich Swann. A statement was made by “The Man That Gravity Forgot,” and it looks as if there is still much more that he plans on proving.

Tonight’s Monday Night Raw is actually looking and sounding much better than anyone would have expected it to be. Roadblock really was thought to be the finishing line for a lot of things, but feuds are going to continue into the new year, and some people are just not yet satisfied. Will the brothers from The Shield stay united toward a common goal? Why did Neville turn on the cruiserweight division? That and many other questions will be addressed later tonight.
