Lala Kent Talks About Moment She Quit ‘Vanderpump Rules,’ As Jax Taylor Still Says She Was Fired
Lala Kent is officially gone from Vanderpump Rules, and now she is speaking out about it. Lala’s version of the ordeal is that she quit the show and is moving on. E! Online got the chance to talk to Lala and get her side of how she felt when she moved on from the show. Lala called her time on the show “a d**n circus.” It is obvious that she is glad to be done with the reality show.
Here is what Lala had to say about the moment she made the decision to leave the show.
“It’s very weird because I’ve been doing this for a year and a half, so to know that my time is up, it’s bittersweet for me. I think just the negativity finally got to me. I’m not good at separating real life from work, so it started trickling into my everyday relationships with people who have nothing to do with the show and once that started happening that was like not okay anymore.”
Lala Kent is still not revealing who her boyfriend is, but she is denying the rumors that she was dating a married man and broke up his marriage. Lala says that the negativity on the show caused some problems in their relationship. You will actually get to see Lala quit on an upcoming episode of Vanderpump Rules. Lala says that her leaving was hard on Lisa Vanderpump too.
“It’s sad. I haven’t seen the episode, but I do come back one last time to say my final goodbye. I was a hot mess, Lisa Vanderpump was a hot mess, it was weird.”
When it comes to Katie Maloney, Lala Kent didn’t have anything nice to say about her. It doesn’t look like these two will ever become friends. She is grateful for the show and says it helped her to find herself. Lala didn’t have nice things to say about Jax Taylor or Kristen Doute either.
“I can’t stand Jax. I can’t stand Kristen. She looks like a horse, and I love horses. I’m like, why do you gotta mess that up for me girl?” As of right now, Lala doesn’t have plans to come to the reunion for this season.
Us Weekly Magazine shared that Jax Taylor is saying Lala Kent isn’t telling the entire story, though. According to Jax, she actually got fired and didn’t just quit the show like she says happened. This all started on Twitter when Spencer Pratt teased that he would come back to reality television and take Lala Kent’s spot on the show. Jax retweeted Spencer and said, “Umm sweet heart you got kicked off a long time ago. What a joke this is.”
That wasn’t all that Jax Taylor had to say, though. When asked if Lala really quit, Jax answered that she was fired and this was just more of her lies. Lala and Jax used to flirt, but now they just don’t get along at all. Lala also recently spoke out about her boyfriend.
“I have a boyfriend who I’m madly in love with, and this married man rumor that who knows where the f**k they pulled this out, whose a** it came out of, it’s just not worth it to me in any way, shape or form. I feel like my personal life is meant to be personal and I don’t have to share everything. Even though they want to call it a reality TV show, this s**t is not real.”
