Erika Girardi On Ignoring The Drama: ‘I Hated Seeing’ Lisa Vanderpump Hurt Eileen Davidson

Erika Girardi didn’t hold back last season when she kept talking about Lisa Vanderpump’s behavior. Girardi sat back and watched how the ladies interacted with one another last year on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and she didn’t remain silent when she saw how people were acting. She had no problem calling out Lisa Vanderpump for possibly spinning a web of lies and being the puppet master for some of her co-stars. In addition, she also called out Lisa Rinna for slamming Yolanda Hadid for choosing to lunch with Brandi Glanville and Kim Richards instead of going to Girardi’s dinner party.

According to a new Bravo report, Erika Girardi revealed that she had moved on from the drama last year, but one can imagine that her eyes are open. Erika isn’t holding on to the anger and drama from last year, and when some of the drama started surfacing during Dorit Kemsley’s birthday party, Erika Girardi chose to turn a blind eye to the situation. She didn’t want to be involved in the drama, and she wanted to respect her new co-star and her husband.

“Dorit’s birthday party was quite the celebration. PK did a great job for his wife, and I had a fabulous time with the ladies—even though I was the only one in the room not drinking. Dorit says the invitation for her party called for “stunning”—and with these pumps, this hair, and this fresh-off-the-runway Moschino dress, that’s exactly what she got. But then again, not everyone can appreciate the same on-point fashion moments,” Erika Girardi writes in her blog for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, according to Bravo, pointing out that she did follow Dorit’s clothing requirements for the party.

It sounds like Erika Girardi wasn’t slamming Dorit’s comments about her look, but she just wanted her to know that she did follow the rules for attire, and she felt that she looked fabulous for the birthday party. As Girardi points out, she had just gotten the dress straight off the runway, and it isn’t her problem if Dorit doesn’t understand high fashion. But the comment about her attire was the only thing that Erika Girardi really had to deal with as she didn’t get involved in the drama between Eileen Davidson and Lisa Vanderpump.

“It’s interesting to watch Rinna and Eileen interact with LVP given the obvious tension left over from last season. It can be hard to let go of hurtful disagreements, but I’m hoping to see them move forward soon. I do think Lisa’s comment about Vinny did in fact hurt Eileen’s feelings, and I hate seeing that. But we are here to celebrate Dorit tonight and that’s just want I am going to do,” Erika Girardi explains about the birthday party.

Rather than focus on the drama from last year, Girardi has been working on her music career. She admits that her music sales have exploded since being on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills last year, and she’s revealed that she’s filming her 10th video. During Monday’s episode, she mentioned that she is gearing up for her newest video called “XXPENSIVE.”

“This is not easy choreography, and this casting is not an easy decision. I am confident, though, that we found what we were looking for and this video is going to be incredible,” Erika Girardi explains in her blog about her professional growth, revealing that she just wants the best dancers for her music video.

What do you think of Erika Girardi’s decision to stay out of the drama during Dorit’s birthday party? Do you think she has forgiven and forgotten the drama she experienced last season with Lisa Vanderpump and Rinna?
