The winter weather is frightful in some parts of the nation, but Kim Kardashian is doing her part to add some heat by sizzling in a stunning new video. After losing 70 post-pregnancy pounds, Kim is showing off her celebrity weight loss success in Love magazine’s Advent Calendar video, in which she’s wearing sexy lace lingerie.
Kardashian returned to the spotlight for the 12th day of Love magazine’s annual Advent calendar, noted Us Weekly, and Love shared a clip showing Kim’s assets as part of its glamour-plus holiday celebration.

The 36-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star also added fashion flair with a brown fur coat, but the lace lingerie added the video vixen vibes.

In the video, Kardashian lets her locks down, flaunting her sizzling style with help from Coach and Agent Provocateur. In addition to Kim’s appearance, Love‘s video sets have featured Kardashian’s sister Kendall Jenner and models ranging from Emily Ratajkowski to Justin Bieber’s ex-girlfriend Sofia Richie.
Kim has been candid in sharing her weight loss details with her fans and proudly revealed her success when she had lost about 70 pounds since welcoming her son Saint into the world, noted People.
Kardashian credits the combination of dedicated diet and focused fitness, contending that both elements have to be involved to achieve weight loss goals. But that’s a new revelation for her, admitted Kim.
“I think dieting is so important to weight loss, whereas, I didn’t really ever think that before,” confessed Kardashian. “I thought, ‘Oh, I can work out, I can just eat whatever I want.’ But you have to work out all the time.”
Turning to the Atkins 40 weight loss diet, Kim ate approximately 1,800 calories daily in addition to working out. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star tries to avoid junk food but does eat Atkins brand treats along with plenty of protein.
“We eat a lot of fish and turkey.”
Kardashian nibbles on “this trail mix with M&M chocolates with peanuts, so there was stuff that makes it you feel like you can live,” she shared, emphasizing that her diet is not “super restricted to anything.” But with children comes temptation, the reality TV star admitted.
“I started going to Disneyland and taking my kids and eating Churros and all that really crappy stuff that I love,” she shared. “But then you feel so s—– after you eat it, when you’ve been doing so good.”
After Kardashian climbed back on the weight loss bandwagon, heading to the gym at 6 a.m. before North and Saint wake up, she shed nine pounds “instantly,” resulting in a total weight loss of about 70 pounds, she added.

So what does Kim’s weight loss diet look like? Kardashian’s nutritionist Colette Heimowitz dished up the details, reported Cosmopolitan.
Along with a super-sized serving of determination (“My butt and my hips are the last to go, but I’m not stopping!” said the reality TV star in a recent interview), Kim eats a balanced diet that emphasizes protein. Colette described how Kardashian keeps her diet in check.
“[Kardashian eats] healthy fats and high-fiber carbohydrates, and some fruits and nuts, and a wide variety of protein.”
A sample breakfast might include an egg omelet, while lunch could include grilled lime chicken over squash or a spinach salad with a feta ranch dressing, noted the nutritionist. Dinner might include zucchini noodles with a spicy chicken sausage.
Kim also snacks on foods such as Greek yogurt with berries or hummus and vegetables, while she satisfies her sweet tooth with “the [Atkins] chocolate peanut butter cups,” added Heimowitz.
