Britney Spears: Family Reportedly Not Fans Of Her New Man, Believe 22-Year-Old Using The Superstar
Britney Spears has been a single superstar for a couple of years now since her split from Charlie Ebersol. The performer has continued in her successful career in the music industry after a few rocky years. Her Vegas residency has been extended due to popularity and the star recently released a hit album with catchy tracks that remind us why Spears has been the princess of pop for nearly three decades.
After a time of being single and focusing on the two loves of her life, her sons Jayden James and Sean Preston, Brit is reportedly enjoying a new romance. The “Toxic” singer met her apparent new man, who is a personal trainer and also starred in the video for her song “Slumber Party,” as Music News relays. The two raised speculations of a romance when a snap of them looking cozy appeared on the Instagram of the young actor, named Sam Asghari. However, the post was quickly taken down, but not before fans caught sight of it and were able to re-post it.

Now it seems, as the Inquisitr recently stated, that Britney finally feels as though she’s been swept off her feet, yet is not ready to go public due to wanting her sons to be comfortable with her new man. A source relayed details about the relationship between Brit and Sam.
“She’s been quietly dating for the past year, but Sam is the first man she’s met who has swept her off her feet and she’s totally smitten. Britney doesn’t want to go public with Sam until the boys have met him properly. Sam has been ensuring she sticks to her fitness regime and they have been working out together, so Britney credits him for keeping her in such great shape. She’s really happy and is hoping the tide has finally turned for her and that Sam can give her the fairytale ending she’s been longing for.”
However, the latest news indicates that Spears’ family are not fans of this new romance. One reasons is due to his age. Asghari, 22, has reportedly been wooing 35-year-old Brit for some time now, but friends and family are leery, and convinced the the budding actor is simply using the superstar for her fame, while he breaks into the entertainment industry. Stuff.co. shares words of a source on the matter of family disapproval.
“They’ve been meeting up near her house in Thousand Oaks (outside Los Angeles). He’s really a personal trainer who’s been going on casting calls to get in music videos, and although he’s hit it off with Britney and he likes her, he figures he can use the interest on him to get more jobs. Britney fell for him during the Slumber Party shoot, in part because she’s desperate to date. Sam’s sending her flowers and telling her he misses her and how beautiful she is.”
Especially unimpressed is Spears’ father Jamie, who is very concerned about Sam’s motivation for dating his superstar daughter. The publication notes that it was Britney’s management who requested that Sam remove the Instagram snap of her and the pop princess seeing as it was against her dad’s rules. Brit is reportedly ignoring her father’s urging to end this romance and has already introduced Asghari to her two sons. The source continues to note that Britney sees she and Sam like a modern day version of Romeo and Juliet.
A friend of Sam also shares an opinion about the trainer, model and actor, stating that Sam doesn’t seem like “father material.”
“I’m not sure about that,” Aaron Paul Perez answered when asked if Asghari would make the perfect father figure.
“Sam seems young at heart, so I’d say either he would be a really hip dad or not ready (at all).”
